Psydentify

Psydentify is a digital science-based career tool that helps participating users with guidance needs to develop self-awareness and career management skills (CMS) to enable more informed career decisions. The tool is two-folded, substantiated partly by a scientifically produced assessment aimed primarily for students studying at junior- and senior high schools, adults in career conversions and job-seeking individuals who all faces significant breakpoints in their career. The other part of the tool is a comprehensive and holistic support system for guidance counselors, coaches, advisors and administrator officers that includes handling of participants throughout a journal and calendar system as well as the possibility to follow up development of participants through test results and statistics.
