Psykriya is a mental health platform dedicated to providing affordable therapy services and expressive arts-based workshops. It also provides mentoring sessions designed for students and aspiring counsellors, particularly those interested in entering the school environment, equipping them with the necessary insights and support to succeed. The Sanskrit term “kriya” means action. Your kriya (action) to maintain and enhance your mental health is the cornerstone of our practice. At Psykriya, our vision is to create a safe space where every individual recognises the power of action in their mental health journey.
