PT. Cemara Intan Shipyard is located at Batam Island. Precast Yard is set up on 2012 and obtained HDB Precaster License on January 2013 (under Econ Precast Plant 3, Batam Plant ( PT. Sindomas Precast)). Precast Yard with land area of 210,000 m2 and 120,000 m3 of Yearly Production capacity. The yard is also with its own Port for loading & unloading of Precast Product and Receive Material from Singapore. Our Product are PSPC Beam (JTC, LTA), Tunnel Segment (LTA, DTSS), Precast Duct Bank, Manhole (Changi Airport T5), Precast Silo (FDD Marisco Floating Barge), Tetrapod and X-Bloc (Wave Dissipating at Matarbari) and HDB Precast Components such as Prestressing Plank, Beams, Columns, Façade Wall, External Wall, Lift Wall, Refuse Chutes, Staircase Flights, Reinforced Concrete Pile, Water Tank, Precast Parapet, Precast Household Shelter, Precast Bathroom Unit, etc… More then 90% of Precast Product is delivered to Singapore. PT. Cemara Intan Shipyard is equipped with the SS EN 206:2014 (RMC) and SAC-SINGLAS accreditation for the laboratory.
