PT Indonesia Marina Shipyard (IMS) - Gresik

As ships considered the key mode of transportation in the Indonesian archipelago, Shipbuilders have become an integral part of the development in the segment. Complementing to Shipping and Shipyard Industry’s progression is demand of firmer shipping regulating authorities of Ships that are sustainable, safe and eco-friendly. Located in East Java’s prominent Manufacturing and Industrial destination, Gresik, PT. Indonesia Marina Shipyard instigated response to the opportunity by presenting a project that consisted of 4 docking facilities in December 2004; entailing of 2 main Floating Docks and 2 Slipways on a 18.7 hectares land. The facility also includes other supporting workshops, such as the Mechanical and Fabrication. Two sets of Floating Cranes, a few mobile cranes, forklifts, LPG and Liquid Oxygen Stations are available to ensure dependable transportation and logistics of parts and materials.
