Pada tahun 2010 kondisi pasar domestik Indonesia banyak diserbu oleh produk sandal-sepatu import yang diproduksi dengan teknologi injection molding. Melihat peluang pasar ini, pt.Ode Cipta Semesta didirikan sebagai sebuah perusahaan manufaktur swasta nasional untuk melayani permintaan pasar domestik produk sandal-sepatu.
Seiring perjalanan waktu, kami telah memperluas usaha bukan hanya produksi merk NEOX saja, tetapi juga menerima pesanan dari merk-merk nasional, seperti Nevada, Diesel House, dan Ardiles. Kami juga telah diberi kepercayaan untuk menjual produk dengan merk Ardiles.
