OUR STORY: PT Pods was born in a back garden during lockdown. While training his partner and her friend, our founder asked why they never used the weights section at regular gyms. Their answer was simple and powerful: "The weights section is full of gym bros. We feel self-conscious and don’t know what to do." That moment inspired a mission: create private spaces where anyone — at any stage of their fitness journey — could build strength with confidence. Our first Pods, Maria and Jess, are named after the women who sparked the movement.
