PT Rejeki Abadi Lestari adheres to principles of responsible, proper, and lawful governance in sand cleaning and utilization practices. The legal basis for the implementation of these activities is in accordance with Government Regulation No. 26 of 2023, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation No. 33 of 2023, and Decree of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries No. 16 of 2024. In carrying out its activities, PT Rejeki Abadi Lestari collaborates with business partners who possess adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as sufficient experience in the industry.
