Our outsole production process is supported by professional staff and a professional lab that tests the durability of incoming materials using: Tensile Strength, Elongation, Abrasion, Specific Gravity, Melt Flow Index, and Flex Crack Test.
Our capabilities include the use of current technology such as the Italian Static Machine and the Taiwan Rotary Machine, as well as the use of high-quality raw materials such as TPR (Thermo Plastic Rubber), TC (Thermo Cell), PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride), and Phylon.
