Supra Bara Energi has been in operation for 11 years in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, with many reliable partners. PT Supra Bara Energi (SBE) started its production in 2009. SBE is professionally affiliated with APBI ICMA (Indonesian Coal Mining Association). The SBE is located in Sambaliung, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan with total concession area covering 2,748 hectares of land, of which the caloric value is 5,500 GAR The mining operation of SBE is conducted with the cooperation of several other companies. PT Sumber Mitra Jaya is the main contractor while PT Sucofindo performs Pit-to-Port Quality Control. With the effective distances from hauling road to jetty, SBE has better logistic capacity and optimum mining operations, resulting in competitive production values and increasing efficiency. The SBE’s operations cover transporting coal from mining pit to jetty location, storing coal and performing quality control, as well as barging and shipping coal to Muara Pantai, Tarakan and Samarinda. For SBE, sustainable practices are at the core of its operations.
