Lebih dari 2 (dua) dekade Mega Perintis mengawali jaringan bisnis retail fashion melalui Independent Store yang diberi nama “MANZONE, MOC, MEN’STOP dan MANZONE Concept Store”. Pada Tanggal, 28 Agustus 2019 PT Mega Perintis Tbk, Perusahaan Tekstil dan Garmen, Membeli merek Minimal PT Gistex Retailindo untuk memperluas pangsa pasarnya di Indonesia. Kedua perusahaan tidak memiliki hubungan afiliasi satu sama lain. transaksi tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. "Merek (Minimal) akan melengkapi jajaran produk perusahaan dalam berbagai produk pakaian wanita.
Pada tahun 2013 secara konsisten Mega Perintis memperluas jaringan bisnisnya dengan membangun 2 (dua) unit usaha sekaligus yaitu Mega Putra Garment dan Mitrelindo Global.
Mega Putra Garment merupakan hasil peleburan dari Mega Perintis berdiri pada tanggal 02 Januari 2013 dan merupakan Perusahaan Manufacturing yang berfokus kepada produksi pakaian jadi (Kemeja, T-Shirt & Celana). Saat ini Mega Putra Garment memiliki 2 (dua) cabang pabrik yaitu di Jakarta dan Pemalang Jawa Tengah.
Mitrelindo Global berdiri pada tanggal 11 September 2013 dan merupakan Perusahaan retail fashion yang menangani khusus brand-brand international yang antara lain MOC, Mens Top,Manzone, NIKE dan Adidas. Seperti halnya Mega Perintis, Mitrelindo Global pun memiliki jaringan retail fashion melalui Independent Store dan Department Store.
Telah memperoleh penghargaan QC terbaik hasil produksi yang dipasarkan.
