Monitoring the network involves the Network Operations Center and other network elements. This process must be supported by appropriate systems and capable staff to perform trouble-shooting and diagnosis, working in close coordination with the field operations teams.
We have experience working in the NOC on behalf of the operator and have also operated our own Field Operations Call Center for network maintenance dispatch and support.
To support the monitoring process, valuable information comes from reports generated during Preventive Maintenance site visits. These may alert the operator to potential problems and assist in planning network element replacement, repair or upgrades.
