PTAH, LLC

A family-owned business, PTAH, LLC, develops properties that add to the visual and cultural value of the communities where it works while honoring the history of the buildings. Our current project is Waterworks, a nearly 100 year-old water treatment facility that will be an upscale fitness studio and relaxation retreat. Past projects include the Roast Office in Pinehurst, NC, a former post office converted into a Parisian-style cafe and used book store, and the complex at 795 SW Broad St, Southern Pines, NC, a car dealership turned gastropub and office spaces for insurance professionals and military contractors.
