Osavalmistuksemme kattaa kokoonpanoon toimitettavat toistuvat nimikkeet, varaosat sekä tuotekehitysyksiköille toimitettavat proto- ja yksittäiskappaleet.
Monipuolinen konekantamme kattaa kaikki tärkeimmät osavalmistuksessa tarvittavat työvaiheet laserleikkauksesta robottihitsaukseen ja monisivuisesta koneistuksesta pulverimaalaukseen ja loppukokoonpanoon. Tavoitteemme on olla “One Stop Shop” asiakkaillemme. Voimme tehdä useimmat työvaiheet saman katon alla joustavasti, laadukkaasti ja kustannustehokkaasti.
PTH-Metalli Oy is a manufacturing workshop that is specialized in production of OEM parts for leading local and global customers in the Mining, Lifting, Logistics, Construction, Energy and Industrial Vehicles businesses. Our aim is to be a one stop shop for our customers. Our broad range of machinery covers all production phases in parts manufacturing e.g. from laser cutting to robotized welding, and from 5-axes CNC machining to powder coating line.
As we have all key production phases in-house, we can offer flexibility, short manufacturing times and highest quality control. Every day we seek new ways to help our customers find optimal ways to produce their parts and accomplish their goals.
