PTI capabilities begin with product design, creating both new designs and optimizing customer designs. Services range from prototyping to production by utilizing our P3 proprietary prototyping process. This process of prototype-to-production not only provides you with a prototype for testing and validations, but most importantly, this same tool migrates into production and can often serve your entire production run.
PTI is an FDA registered, ISO 13485:2003 certified facility. With a Class 8 Cleanroom that can provide injection molding, assembly, secondary operations and packaging. Our press sizes range from 12 to 750 tons and other value-added services include:
