PTLH is an investment holding company with its headquarters in the Lao PDR with a representative office in Bangkok, Thailand. The PTLH portfolio consists of a well-diversified mix of ventures that not only seeks to dominate their respective markets but also to drive synergistic growth between the member companies. Core portfolio consists of trading company Kouanchay Import-Export (“KCC”), oil distributor PTL, power project developer CS Power (“CSP”), logistics provider Sitthi Logistics (“STL”). CS Lighting Electronics Co., Ltd (“CSL”), an electrical appliance distributor (lamp / light bulb products) was recently added in 2020.
