PTP Solutions designs and delivers machines and complete packaging lines for efficiently assembling and package of ready-meals, meal components, salads, meat, fish, chicken, tapas, snacks, and convenience.
Besides supplying machines and complete packaging lines, we enjoy taking on the challenge of creating solutions for complex automation issues in the food industry. Examples of successful creations are the SHEFF food picker as well as the toppings machinery.
Every machine is robust, universally applicable and easily integrated with traysealers, thermoformers, vertical sealers and transport systems for trays, glass and cans.
DOSING – the dosing machines of LEONHARDT (Germany) are robust, flexible and mobile. They can be used for tray sealer lines and thermoformer machines. The dosing of different types of product, such as difficult, delicate, hot-fill, pumpable and non-pumpable, go smoothly and without problems. LEONHARDT also supplies complete lines, from denester to lidding and the parts in-between.
WEIGHING/COUNTING – Althaus Wiegetechniek (Germany) are fully specialized in linear count- and weighing machines for difficult applications. The linear weighing machines consists of a highly innovative vibration technique, which makes the processing of delicate, fresh and moist product possible.
WEIGHING/PACKAGING – Cabinplant (Denmark) is worldwide known as the pioneer on innovative and customer-specific weighing, batch and complete packaging solutions for fresh, sticky, and hard to process product. They are specialized in ready-meals, meat, chicken, fish, pizza and the convenience food industry.
