Civic trust is a non-profit organization (NGO) in Israel, promoting decency, credibility and transparency in the Israeli business sector. Civic Trust works with 3 main entities: The Public, The business sector and the government. • Call center – Civic Trust operates a call center to receive and deal with thousands of consumers' complaints a year. • Civic Trust sign - is given to businesses that obliged to the organization's rules of decency, credibility and transparency. Civic Trust works with the government to change standardization and to clarify the law for businesses and the public.
