WHO WE ARE We are a core team of employees who have come together to elevate the voices of People of Colour within Publicis to continue to drive positive change, and impact our colleagues within the business and the wider creative, ad and tech industries. WHO WE REPRESENT We represent People of Colour, an umbrella term which is inclusive of multiple groups, and is more empowering than terms such as BME/BAME which use the phrase “minority” and as such revolve around whiteness. OUR PURPOSE To foster a more informed and inclusive community where PoC employees and their allies can live, develop and work authentically. To help steer Publicis Groupe and the wider advertising industry to become a reflection of the brands and communities it serves.
