Food and Nutrition classes for anyone and everyone! Classes are run in a variety of different educational settings from private nurseries to secondary schools. This can be part of the curriculum or a workshop spotlight on healthy eating. Each session is carefully designed based on its target audience. This can be to focus on the role of nutrition in the body, to bring part of the curriculum to life or to support older children as they learn life skills and become more independent. Older children that are taking part in Duke of Edinburgh awards are supported through on-line classes whereby they can create a family meal from scratch from the comfort of their own home. Likewise if you are seeking inspiration and wish to enhance your cooking skills you can jump on an adult on-line class! Corporate events are hugely popular as everyone gets the chance to get stuck in, have lots of fun whilst still creating something they can be proud of! It’s a complete win win! Lastly Pudding and Pie are heavily involved in community projects. If there is a need for education on how to create healthy snacks and meals on a budget then we make sure that everyone involved comes away feeling enlightened and motivated.
