Over the past 3 years, Frank Nelstone has singlehandedly advocated for the city of Vacaville to develop and deploy their own Cannabis Program and allow for Cannabis Businesses to operate within the city. Finally, the council has agreed to make deploying a CANNABIS PROGRAM A CITY PRIORITY NEXT YEAR IN 2026! Once Vacaville launches their Cannabis Program in 2026, Higher Rolling, plans to be the first retail store in the city with the hopes of eventually expanding and developing a destination where cannabis consumers can SMOKE, EAT, and GAME together for the first time, under one roof. Did you know that over 70% of cannabis consumers in the US prefer to consume socially with friends rather than alone, and although many of us would like to go enjoy a CANNABIS lounge the same way have with bars and restaurants, unfortunately even after 9 years of legalized adult use there’s STILL little to no places that provides a solutions to this. Just as there are ESTABLISHMENTS for people to come together to enjoy good food and drink, Higher Rolling will give our cannabis consumers a DESTINATION where they can come to ENJOY a variety of cannabis products, a tasty and unique FOOD MENU, and a variety of GAMING & ENTERTAINMENT.
