The company employees have long-term work and successful management experience in the field of
property management.
We are a member of the Estonian Property Administrators and Managers Association (EKHHL) since 2003.
EKHHL has awarded our company with class *** certificate for property management and class ** certificate for property administration.
Our employees have passed several professional trainings (HO III, HO IV, HA III,
Cleaning manager III, Cleaner I) and they have long-term practical work experience.
From 17 January 2014, the company has the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates.
