Pukka Gaming Solutions helps small to medium sized poker operators to maximize the value of their player database with our unique CRM tool. By analyzing everything from deposits and logins to actual hand histories, the Pukka tool is able to tailor campaigns, reload offers, email newsletters and present marketing material on the operator's website specifically suited to the needs of the individual player. To further personalize the user experience, we track the state of mind each player is in and combine this with progress in the player's progression curve to deliver the right message, to the right player, at the right time. To decrease churn we have developed tools that are directly used by the player. By introducing an interactive school and missions & achievements we make poker more dynamic, simultaneously rewarding players for improving their play and for exploring new possibilities. This, combined with our CRM tool, is very effective for retaining casual players. Based in Sweden and the UK, Pukka Gaming Solutions was established by Linus Dalin and Tomas Nilsson, industry veterans with almost two decades of experience from companies including bwin/Ongame, Pokerlistings, Tain, Jadestone and Paf.
