Pulse Business Solutions comprises of two full service contact centres in Oamaru and Tauranga which offer a high level of expertise in inbound and outbound customer contact via telephone, email, postal, fax and internet. Pulse Business Solutions has combined 85+ workstations and possesses the capacity to conduct a number of large scale projects simultaneously including market research fieldwork. For example, Pulse Business Solutions are on-call for the Earthquake Commission, ready for customer engagement after major natural events have occurred and can absorb very high volumes of calls, 24/7, as required.
