Pulse Cafe is privileged to call the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts home. Its rich agriculture heritage is one we are seeking to leverage as we create products and theme dinners that highlight the abundance in the plant kingdom.
We are closed on Saturday, the Sabbath, in keeping with the legacy of faith of our founders. It encourages the honoring of the rhythm of 6 days of work and one of rest and worship along with a plant-based diet as established at Creation.
