PulseON® is a new food ingredient designed to support gut-health innovation across various food applications, with the potential to revolutionise existing food staples and trending markets, such as plant-based foods, healthy-carbs and sports nutrition, through clean-label science.
Today's consumers are increasingly aware of the importance of gut health and its role in immunity and physical and mental well-being.
The PulseOn technology can be applied to most pulse and legume crops, creating a unique whole-cell pulse flour; these nutrient-rich cells act like pre-biotic capsules, which provide food to stimulate the microbiome.
PulseON® uses patented technology involving the cooking of pulses and the physical separation of the whole pulse cells.
PulseON has scientific backing, formed within an academic/industry collaboration with The Quadram Institute Biosciences, New Food Innovation Ltd and King's College London.
We are seeking collaborative industry partners, as well as investment and research specialists, to help commercialise and further enhance the PulseON technology.
