Metaş Madencilik, Ponza üzerine yapmış olduğu Ar-Ge çalışmaları sonucunda, Ponzanın sadece inşaat ve tekstil sektörüne hitap eden maden olmaması gerektiğini savunmuş ve sektöre yeni bir soluk getirecek olan Pumice World markasını yaratmıştır.
