Pump Avenue Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to addressing healthcare disparities in diabetes by providing an avenue between expensive medical equipment and people struggling to control their diabetes. Our team consists of a group of individuals passionate about improving the lives of people with diabetes, no matter their race, gender, age, religion, sexuality, or socioeconomic status. We believe health is a universal right but increasing healthcare expenses prevents millions from achieving it. Our goal is to bridge the gap between people struggling with diabetes and medical equipment unnecessarily being labeled as waste.
The goal of Pump Avenue is to give people with diabetes the opportunity to reap the life-changing benefits of insulin pump therapy. Pump Avenue is a program that adopts patients that fit its target population and leases them insulin pumps and supplementary supplies.
