The term Pupuke speaks to the surging or rising of water and has been inspired by Taranaki karakia kōrero (Aotea Waka). The karakia speaks of the surging of energy, untapped potential, the expansion of thought, continued growth/learning and the welling up of knowledge. Pupuke aspires to play a part in the turning of the tide, by guiding Iwi, Hapū and Whānau Māori in achieving their economic prosperity aspirations through property and investment. Pupuke kaimahi have assisted Māori entities in the acquisition of over 100 properties, valued at over $700M, since 2021. 2) Property Investment Strategy - Assist Māori Entities to create a Property Investment Strategy. Target portfolio mix, investment framework, ranking criteria. 3) Deal Structuring and Execution - Disposals, leasing, ground leasing, partnerships. 4) Property Project Advisory - Due diligence, options analysis, financial feasibility, business casing.
