While our involvement in numerous 4, 5 & 6-star developments includes standard procurement activities, we pride ourselves on our custom-tailored services. We provide our services on a fixed fee or percentage basis, depending on the project’s needs and budget. Additionally, PSI provides detailed documentation for all vendor bid tabulations, funding requests, budgets and purchasing follow up.
