Inheriting over 30 years' experience of our parent company, Winner Medical in health care, Purcotton takes "Purcotton makes the world sustainable" as its vision, and to innovate and develop 3 signature products of cotton tissue, sanitary napkins and cotton gauze muslin fabric, as well as baby care, diapers, personal healthcare, bedding, apparels etc., in order to lead us a safe, happy and sustainable cotton lifestyle
Our patented “cotton spunlace nonwoven fabric”, being dubbed as the “Great innovation of the textile industry", was independently researched and developed in 2005. We use advance raw cotton processing technology to remove the short lint, foreign fibers, and other impurities in the cotton fiber at the beginning of production, and our cotton is washed with high temperature with pure oxygen waterbefore fabricated - this "spun lace first and debleaching" process is able to significantly shorten the leadtime hence reduce energy consumption, pollution and carbon emissions. Our post-debleaching process design can effectively control the initial contamination of the cloth within 150cfu/dm2, thus meeting the requirements of medical standards.
Synthetic fiber is made by chemicals. They are not skin-friendly, non-biodegradable or far less biodegradable, and absorb very little moisture. In order to cope with global consumption of paper and cardboard, at least 1.5 billion 20-years-old trees needed to be chopped per year. On the contrary, cotton can be grown in 10 months even in less desirable enviroment. Cotton is natural, comfortable, washable, reusable for multiple times, and absoultely landfill biodegradable. By savings trees and using less synthetic fiber products, you're actually doing something very meaningful to our planet!
