Pure Décor operates under three Trade Licenses, making us cover all aspects of Design, Construction, and Execution. Our trade licenses complement each other to provide all the legal and technical requirements for any project we take on in and outside of the United Arab Emirates. Founded in the early 1980’s, by Mr. Fakhri Al Hilali and Mr. Jamal Al Yamour the visionaries behind Pure Décor. The two Architects shared a vision to establish a leading company in interior contracting. Together they have grown to become the region’s leading company in interior and fit-out contracting. Pure Décor since then had been unmatched at creating unique interiors in order to become the leader in Interior Design. With a staff of over 500 employees, the experience of more than 40 years in the industry, and vast in-house production capability, We have an unrivaled capacity to meet and exceed the highest level clients satisfaction.
