It is manufactured by Nouryon (formally Akzo Nobel), one of the largest chemical manufacturers in the world. It emulsifies free water into the diesel pre-combustion which increases the cetane value at combustion and improves performance whilst increasing the lubricity factor up to 30%, which is the factor that saves engine wear and decreases maintenance.
