Pure Virginia is Virginia's leading applicant for the HSA 01 Pharmaceutical Processor license. Our founders were born and raised in Harrisonburg, VA where they founded and scaled Pure Shenandoah, Virginia's leading vertically integrated hemp company. Pure Shenandoah cultivates, manufactures, and distributes hemp-derived cannabinoid products to more than 200 retail locations across Virginia, more than 100 retail locations in the HSA 01 region alone, and is responsible for ~95% of all hemp grown in Virginia in 2023. Pure Virginia boasts a team with over 1,000 years of combined residency in Virginia's HSA 01 region. Pure Virginia plans to leverage their operational expertise in vertically integrated cannabis production and distribution as well as their unmatched understanding of patient demand in HSA 01 to provide high quality medical cannabis and medical cannabis products to the patients of HSA 01. We believe we are singularly qualified to win the HSA 01 Pharmaceutical Processor license. The Virginia Cannabis Control Authority will announce the winning applicant on June 26.
