Puremix Trading was established in August 2012 by Mr. Dawit Yacob Dembel and is a pioneer company in Ethiopia that engages in the importation of animal feed additives, concentrates, veterinary drugs, vitamins, supplements, day-old chicks, farming equipment, and feed milling machines. Currently, the company's products are being used by farmers, governmental and nongovernmental organizations, retail shops, and breeding firms in all parts of the country. The livestock and poultry sector is an important subsector of the Ethiopian economy in terms of its contribution to both agricultural value added and national gross domestic product. 30 percent of the national export earnings are in the area of livestock, which is so significant. Keeping in mind these essential data points, Puremix works tirelessly to acquire a significant amount of market share by using a comprehensive approach to provide food security in Ethiopia and support foreign exchange earnings.
