This was more than a digital expo — it was a national platform for strategic action, where public institutions, telecom operators, startups, researchers, and citizens came together around a shared ambition: to accelerate Algeria’s digital transformation by 2029. ✅ What was implemented ·      🔹 Immersive innovation zones ·      - A live 5G demo by Mobilis ·      - A robot dog that opened the event ·      - Dedicated zones: BIGTECH, Open Innovation, TechLab ·      - A structured visitor journey connecting institutions, startups, and the public ·      🔹 A unique methodology we created: thewww.StratCamp.agencyWe designed and facilitated the StratCamp, a structured co-creation format based on strategic foresight and actionable design. Over two days, more than 200 participants contributed to strategic scenario-building through 4 dedicated workshops: 1.    1. Digital transformation & e-government 2.    2. Cybersecurity & digital sovereignty 3.    3. Development of regional cyberparks 4.    4. Attractiveness of foreign direct investment in ICT ➡️ Outcome: 40+ actionable recommendations 📣 A national dynamic, powered by collaboration and clarity Connected Algeria 2025 proved that with the right tools, the right actors, and the right ambition, we can align collective intelligence with national policy design.
