Our approach is participatory, and gets great results at many levels, from individual to large organisational or community initiatives. We are practitioners of the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter and other complementary practices.
We use conversation-based engagement and are also developing our practice in partnership brokering, complexity practice, and self-managed organisations.
