Purpose@Work is a practical solution to the question how we can stop the waste of time, energy and any other limited resources. We aspire to help people and organisations align their purposes so that people can contribute with sense of meaning and fulfillment and organisations can secure sustainable future.. We do that by building upon our experience in organisational transformation and training and development. There are two main types of programs we offer. Joint Purpose@Work is a tailor-made solution for organisations. My Purpose@Work is our training concept that we offer to individuals.
