Alongside being a qualified counsellor, trained Samaritan and Oxford Psychology graduate, Steve has 17 years' experience in the Recruitment industry, and was Managing Director of a successful mid-sized recruitment business before founding Purpose Mentoring in 2023. With his leadership experience, Steve understands what it is like to work in a pressurised business environment, and can support you through any professional or personal issues you are experiencing. Purpose sessions are a safe, private space to talk through things at your own pace, without judgement. Purpose sessions can also be offered as an employee benefit to members of your team.
