Purpose Mindset

Purpose Mindset was founded in 2022 to advance the field and adoption of Purpose Mindset by leading research, awareness building campaigns, and a community of practice. Given our collective challenges today, we believe that it is imperative to move our society from a Transactional Mindset to a Purpose Mindset. It is the single greatest opportunity to create systemic change and will: * Positively impacts the lives of people, * Boosts the performance of organizations, * Builds the courage to address the existential challenges facing society. Our co-founders are social entrepreneurs with decades of experience developing and studying purpose in schools, universities and the workplace.
