On the coast of Helgeland we are creating a new and Norwegian aquaculture industry. Located in some of the world’s most nutritious waters, PurSea combines science and experience with new and innovative processes to help create a sustainable future. Our team consists of over 40 years of experience in aquaculture, finance and organizational management. Working towards the goal of establishing a brand-new concept that makes it possible to receive, stabilize, and process industrial volumes of seaweed on an effective and profitable way. The world’s population increases by over 80 million people each year. In order to meet the climate goals and feed a growing population we need to explore new possibilities. It is not going to happen by itself. Someone has to do it. We are going to do our part.
