Push-Up Legends push-up app for iPhone. It has unique push-up multiple category and multi-level training schedules.
We added features to keep people motivated to keep working to built muscles and gain strengt.
The idea was born in the summer of 2024 and our app is available in the App Store since November 2024.
The two founders teamed their knowledge of physical training and programming. This resulted in the Push-Up Legends app.
As a user, you can work your way up throughout our well balanced multi level push-up workout schemes. Active rest time will indicate recovery and show best time window for a next workout. Every workout has its own unique micro periodization for optimal training effect.
The workout rest time and supercompensation graph shows the recovery curve.
This feature helps users to prevent overtraining and helps them to train in the right time window, supercompensation phase, to gain strength (and helps to prevent overtraining, negative training).
For variation in their training routines, users can choose and switch between different synced training categories and corresponding workout levels. Each category has its own unique work, repetitions, session counts and rest times. Users can earn medals and grow your way from push-up student, push-up master to even push-up millionaire.
