PVD Trading and Technical Services Joint Stock Company (“PVD Tech”) is a subsidiary of PV Drilling, in which PV Drilling, PVD Offshore, and PVD Well Services hold respectively 97%, 2%, and 1% of the charter capital.
During its establishment and development, PVD Tech has strongly built and developed its resources, together with the management and operation system in accordance with international standards, which are highly appreciated by domestic and foreign clients. Up to date, the Company focuses on developing 4 core services as follows:
1. Supplying, renting, and operating subsea/ surface wellhead equipment; mudline & tieback equipment & tools; cold cutting services, hydraulic work-over unit and well abandonment services.
2. Providing full range of Conductors including manufacturing connectors in accordance with international standards; repair and maintenance of connectors; supplying materials and equipments for oil and gas industry, as well as other industries.
3. Designing, engineering, and manufacturing equipment and technological systems for processing and transporting oil and gas; mechanical services.
4. Maintenance and repair equipments for oil and gas industry and other industries.
