Welcome to PWN Rome! We are a dynamic fast-growing offline and online networking and leadership development group of professional women of different sectors and industries. We aim to be an International Association of women and to foster networking opportunities, professional activities and pioneering initiatives so as to set the stage for significant career change. We want to model a feminine way of working which relies on the contribution of every Member of the Network, focusing on gender balanced decision making, enhanced resilience and fast paced career growth potentials. We Create Safe Networking Environments where to meet and share ideas with people from a diverse range of industries, seniority levels and geographical locations. We build alliances and do business together. We help Members Develop their Knowledge and Skills Thought networking events and meetings with senior managers and professionals. Our Members are eligible to join our highly regarded Mentoring Program. Mentoring which is proved to be a cost-effective and impactful way to prepare future business leaders.
