The PXA team is comprised of seasoned professionals with a mission to assist and acquire companies facing strategic, operational or ownership challenges. We have a long history of working within companies to improve performance, assist management teams and set the firms on a path to building a platform for growth. Through the same process we look to invest in and acquire small to mid-sized operating businesses across a number of industries. Our strategy is to find companies where we can leverage our financial and operating expertise and become personally involved in helping management navigate issues they're facing.
