Precectors’ Peace Council is the diplomatic and strategic affairs division of PxITBS. The Preceptors’ Peace Council exists to recalibrate how peace is understood, negotiated, and institutionalized in a rapidly shifting world order. We don’t advocate. We architect strategy, dialogue, and structures that make stability a systemic outcome, not a diplomatic hope. Our role is not ceremonial. It’s structural. This is where geopolitics meets design. Where states don’t just speak they align. We’re not here to be seen, but to be felt in decisions, doctrines, and the corridors that rarely echo.
