PYC at Work is a proud affiliate of Power Yoga Canada! We are your mobile wellness service, Specializing in corporate offices and customized classes. Our promise is simple: Delivering Yoga to Anyone, Anywhere.
We believe that our yoga practice and meditation will give you tangible tools to excel in your personal AND professional life. Our intention is to elevate our community from mediocrity to GREATNESS.
THE EXPERIENCE
Our practice is for any BODY - Expect a 2-5 min meditation, followed by your 55 min class where you will get centered, wake up, & create vitality in your body. You will build heat, twist and rinse... where we will then take you through rejuvenation, ending in deep rest.
We use hands-on assisting to not fix or change anything but support what you're already doing. Enjoy our aromatherapy head and neck treatment, which is our communities favorite at the end of each class.
