PyLadies Amsterdam

We are a local chapter of PyLadies, we exist to promote diversity and inclusivity in the Python community. What we do differently: • we use a hands-on approach: workshops, group discussions, talks about practical experience, mentorship • we go in-depth with one subject per event • we provide a safe community space for marginalized genders who is interested in Python • we welcome members of all Python proficiency levels Code of Conduct: PyLadies Amsterdam is dedicated to providing a respectful, harassment-free community for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment or bullying of any community member in any form. Anyone involved with PyLadies Amsterdam is expected to fully respect each other. Due to unexpected demand, we have opened participation to all genders, dependent on initial vetting by the community organizers. However, the stated priority of the PyLadies Amsterdam community is the development and support specifically of those identifying as a minority gender, and we, therefore, reserve the right to guard this interest through whatever measures the community organizers deem appropriate.
