PyPOTS

Founded in 2022, PyPOTS is a non-profit open-source organization aiming to promote and boost scientific research and engineering work about partially-observed time series (POTS), i.e. incomplete time series with missing values, A.K.A. irregularly-sampled time series. PyPOTS organization is building a 𝑷𝒚thon toolbox for data mining on 𝑷𝑶𝑻𝑺, which is also the name of PyPOTS comes from. PyPOTS is the very first library dedicated to modeling POTS data, providing people a handy toolbox with unifed APIs, detailed documentation, and interactive tutorials.
