She was instrumental in implementing organization-wide best practices for communication and training.
As a Corporate Trainer, Saira combines her skills from the industry as a leader and a manager; with her excellent communication and training skills. As a result, individuals training with her will be inspired and motivated to achieve excellence at work.
As a coach she enhances the skills of people who are driven and committed; to achieve their goals. She is very passionate about enlightening people about Emotional Intelligence and how they can use it to achieve their goals and lead a happy and peaceful life. She finds it very gratifying to watch people progress and lead a balanced life.
