Saira Kale, Chief Facilitator at Pyramid Consulting; is a Life Coach, Executive Coach and a Corporate Trainer. Saira has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune and has over 15 years of IT industry experience. In addition to the role of Project Manager she always wore a hat as a Life Coach as well as Executive Coach; for many individuals who strive for excellence. She lived and worked in Canada for 12 years. The multi-country and multi-cultural environment in Canada can be quite challenging. She helped people at work from various countries utilize their strengths and overcome challenges that typically arise in such environments. Back in India, it was a similar situation with distributed teams and international clients. She saw the need to guide people to adapt successfully to the variety of roles they might have to play in an organisation. She was instrumental in implementing organization-wide best practices for communication and training. As a Corporate Trainer, Saira combines her skills from the industry as a leader and a manager; with her excellent communication and training skills. As a result, individuals training with her will be inspired and motivated to achieve excellence at work. As a coach she enhances the skills of people who are driven and committed; to achieve their goals. She is very passionate about enlightening people about Emotional Intelligence and how they can use it to achieve their goals and lead a happy and peaceful life. She finds it very gratifying to watch people progress and lead a balanced life. Saira is currently working as a Life Coach, Executive Coach and Corporate Trainer and is interested in challenges.
