The founder, a life long mold maker, embraced disruptive technology and gathered inspiration from the original "Tool & Die Alley". At this time Dayton was well known to be at the forefront of CNC technology. This fueled his passion for advanced manufacturing, pushed the capabilities envelope for the company and carved out a significant advantage over the competition.
